How to Create an Email Template in Vye

Creating a custom email template in Vye is simple and helps you send personalized product updates to your subscribers. Follow the steps below to create or edit your email templates.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Access Your App in Shopify Admin

Log in to your Shopify Admin.
From the Shopify Admin dashboard, go to the Apps section.
Click on Vye to open the app’s dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Email Templates Section

Once you’re in the app, look for the Email Templates section on the left-hand side.
Click on Email Templates.

3. Create or Edit a Template

To create a new template, click on Create New Template.
To edit an existing Vye template, click the Edit button on the template you want to modify.

4. Drag-and-Drop Email Template Editor

Both actions will open the Drag-and-Drop Email Template Editor.
In the editor, the preview of your template is shown on the left side. You can directly click and edit this preview.
On the right, you'll find a list of elements that you can drag and drop onto the template, such as images, text, product details, and more.

5. Customize and Save the Template

After customizing your template, click the Save button.
A popup will appear where you can configure:
- Select the maximum number of products to display in the template.
- Give the template a name.
Once you've made your selections, confirm the save action.

6. Preview the Email Template

After saving, you can view the email template with real products by clicking on View.
In the popover, select the number of products to display in the preview.
You can view the template directly in your browser or enter an email address and click on Send to receive a test email.
