Introducing the New Version of Vye

The latest version of the Vye app brings exciting new features and improvements to help you manage your subscribers and email campaigns even more efficiently. With a sleek, intuitive interface and new analytics tools, Vye now provides more insights and control to enhance your Shopify store’s customer engagement. Here's a rundown of the key new features in this release:

New Features Overview:

1. Dashboard

  • The dashboard now includes a comprehensive overview of your email campaigns with a focus on subscriber growth and email performance.
  • You can view the number of subscribers and emails sent over the last 6 months.
  • Email opens and clicks from the last 4 weeks are now displayed to track your recent campaign performance.
  • Subscriber analytics are also available to show which products your subscribers are interested in, helping you tailor your marketing strategies.

2. Subscribers

  • In the Subscribers section, you’ll see a table listing all your subscribers along with details such as their subscription date, number of notifications sent, and which triggers they have subscribed to.
  • You can click on View Details to see more in-depth information about each subscriber.
  • Subscribers can be edited, removed, or added manually, and you can even import new subscribers in CSV format.
  • Exporting your subscribers list to CSV is also supported for easy data management.
  • You can also access email logs and view the details of the last sent email to keep track of your communication with your audience.

3. Forms

  • The Forms section allows you to create customizable forms that can be added to any page of your store to capture subscriber interests.
  • Existing forms can be edited and previewed before publishing them on your site, ensuring that they fit perfectly with your branding.

4. Email Templates

  • The new version gives you the ability to create and customize email templates that can be sent to your subscribers.
  • You can either edit existing Vye email templates or create entirely new ones from scratch.
  • Templates can be previewed, and you can send test emails to ensure everything looks perfect before sending them out to your subscribers.

5. Settings

  • The Settings section provides a wide range of customization options to fine-tune Vye for your store.
  • You can select which email templates should be used for each type of email, configure email delays, and make various other adjustments to suit your needs.

6. Support

  • The Support section makes it easier than ever to reach out for help. If you require assistance with the app or have any questions, you can contact our support team directly through this section.

7. Plans

  • In the new Plans section, you can easily see which plan you are currently on.
  • If needed, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the app to better fit your needs.
